The process was very easy. Photos a plus for best price for vehicle. The person on line was patient and pleasant to deal with. Tow driver was pleasant & on time, asked us if we went through vehicle & took all belongings out.

Wheelzy service personnel were courteous, attentive, and responsive throughout the whole process - we communicated through text, which felt a bit strange initially but it worked out well.

The company was very easy to work with and gave me a fair value for my car. It was easy to set up a time for the driver to come pick it up as well. Communication was great throughout, the only complaint was that the driver arrived 45 minutes after the 4 hour window.

Very respectful staff, easy to set up a tow, quick response time and payment on the spot. It was an easy option to get rid of our vehicle that needed more repair than we have time to do. The tow truck came to our home and in less than 30 minutes it was loaded up and I had a check in hand.
